Welcome
The English Department will again be holding the Girlhood Remixed camp for girls 10-13. Girls will create a variety of digital media projects including websites, audio podcasts, and movies as they take part in a digital adventure to explore their "girl" identities. Through these projects, girls will gain critical awareness of digital media and its role in their lives.
The girls will stay in campus residence halls to foster an intensive mentoring environment with faculty, graduate, and undergraduate student volunteers. The camp will be held July 17-19, 2013. For more information about enrollment or volunteering, please contact, Dr. Jen Almjeld: jalmjeld@nmsu.edu.
